Home visits may be arranged by agreement.

Bookings

If you would like to make an appointment please contact me by phone or email and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Confirmation

Two days before your appointment you will receive a reminder text.

Rescheduling

I can be contacted by phone, text or email if for any reason you need to reschedule your appointment.

Referrals

Referrals are not required to make an appointment.

Counselling Sessions 

Sessions are 50 minutes at $130 per session including GST.

Concession rate for Government concession card holders at $80 per session including GST.

These rates apply for both face to face counselling and online counselling.

Home Visits

Home visits are 50 minutes at the Counselling Session rates plus travel fees.  Travel fees are calculated at $50 per hour including GST.

Cancellation Fee

Please note that a full counselling fee will be charged for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.

Rebates

Please note that counselling services are not eligible for the Medicare rebate.

Private health rebates for counselling services are currently provided by Medibank Private, AHM, ARHG, BUPA, HCF, Police Health Fund and Teachers Union Health.

Payment Method

Payment may be made in cash, by credit card or using BPay.  Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club and Amex cards are accepted.
